Sherina Chandra

Hello! A little about me

I’m a therapist, teacher, and personal trainer. I help people build healthy habits, find balance, and feel more in control of their lives. I have worked with teens, type-A adults, and first responders.

Many people I meet are struggling with burnout—feeling exhausted, stressed, or unmotivated. In counselling, I support people in learning how to cope with pressure, set healthy boundaries, and regain energy and focus.

My style is simple and caring. I focus on your strengths and what’s working, not just on problems. I believe everyone can find balance, manage stress and be more in control of their day-to-day lives.

Whether in school, counselling, or fitness, my goal is the same: to support people so they can feel calmer, stronger, and ready to move forward.

My Approach to Therapy

I use an approach called Reality Therapy. This type of counselling focuses on what you can control and the choices you make right now. It’s about changing behaviour, not attitude—taking small, doable steps that bring more balance and ease.

In our sessions, I listen and guide you as we explore what you need for your well-being, like rest, connection, or healthier routines. The aim is to give you practical tools and steady support, so you can move from feeling exhausted and overwhelmed to feeling calmer, stronger, and more in control of your life.
